What Is Provided?

Properties are Self Catering. 1 Set of Hotel Linen including towels is provided for your stay. Extra sets can be arranged at a fee. A starter pack is provided including Coffee, Tea and Sugar Sachets, 1 Roll Toilet paper per bathroom, Single use Soap, Single use Dishwashing Liquid, Single use Washing Powder, 1 Bin Liner per bin, Dish Cloth and Tea Towel. Any Extras are the tenants responsibility.

Extensions

Extensions of bookings are subject to the availability. Notification must be received in writing at least 7 nights prior to departure.

*Number of people

The maximum number of people staying in the property must not exceed the lease terms and conditions.

*Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Booking by Client/Tenant
If you confirmed booking is to be cancelled you must notify us in writing and the following conditions Apply.If a booking is cancelled by the client/tenant less than 60 nights prior to arrival no refund will be available unless the property is re-let under the same terms.If a property is cancelled by the client/tenant more than 60 nights prior to the Arrival Date, 25% of the total booking will be retained by Awaba Properties Pty Ltd plus any booking fees and transactional fees.In the unlikely event that the booking is cancelled by Awaba Properties Pty Ltd/Owner, alternative accommodation will be offered to the client/tenant. Should the alternative accommodation be suitable the funds will be transferred to the new booking. If the alternative accommodation is not suitable then a full refund will be issued.Awaba Properties Pty Ltd accepts no liability for your foreign exchange or transaction costs. Please note that shortening a booking is classed as a cancellation, refunds are only provided on a relet basis minus any transactional fees and any booking fees.

Key Collection

Please advise Awaba Properties & Homes on the Move you arrival details 48 hours prior to arrival.
Check in is from 2pm and check out is 10am. A copy of your ID and your credit card will be taken on check in and held during your stay. A credit card authorisation is required to be filled out and signed on check in for any damages occurred. Please note check in’s after 7 pm will incur a fee.
Charges will apply for late checkouts. Please note these are private properties and there is no where to leave your luggage. Vacant Possession is granted after 10am on departure date. If any extension is in arrears then vacant possession is granted up from 10am on the date you have paid up until.

How Do I Pay?

Awaba Properties & Homes on the Move accepts direct deposits and Visa MasterCard and Amex.
Please be advised there is a 1.6% surcharge on Credit card payments.
Any transfer fees, foreign exchange or transaction fees are the responsibility of the client when transferring money to Awaba Properties Trust account.
Full payment of the first invoice is required at the time of booking.
(please note international transfers can take up to 5 business days to appear in Awaba Properties Trust Account)

NO ANIMALS ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTIES

*Travel cots and High Chairs can be provided at an additional charge. (must be ordered at time of booking to ensure availability) Awaba Properties is unable to supply linen for cots as it is illegal.
*Any Maintenance issues are to be notified to Awaba Properties Pty Ltd in Writing.
